He's a big fan of Thomas the Train, so I got some of that blue DIY icing in a can and made a ribbon around the top & bottom of the cake, then found a couple of Thomas candles to put on top along with some pre-made candy balloons & lettering (because I suck at trying to spell with the canned icing) and some colored sprinkles. It came out pretty good if I do say so myself *grin*
