Happy Thanksgiving & Recipes

So tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the US.  I'm lucky to have a gathering tomorrow as well as one on Friday.  But, I have to bring food to both.  For the one tomorrow, I'm taking 3 desserts.  Even though there are only 3, I have been cooking for four and a half hours tonight!  Oi!  I'm exhausted.  But, hopefully it will be delicious :)

Here's what I cooked for Thursday, that took me 4 1/2 hours.

Salted Caramel Pecan Chocolate Pie ( http://www.crazyforcrust.com/2016/11/salted-caramel-pecan-chocolate-pie/)

Classic Pecan Pie (http://www.crazyforcrust.com/2014/11/easy-classic-pecan-pie/)

Eclair Pie (http://www.eatmorechocolate.com/recipe/no-bake-chocolate-eclair-dessert/)

For Friday, I'm making a Corn Pudding (Betty Crocker) and some mashed potatoes with heavy cream & bacon.

I want to wish everyone who celebrates a very Happy Thanksgiving!

LOL *waves back to fellow KakaIru lover* Totally okay ;) Thanks for commenting! The eclair pie and pecan pie were delicious. But, the chocolate caramel pecan pie didn't quite turn out the way the picture looked. It was good, but the chocolate didn't firm up so it was syrupy, and the caramel was a little too firm so it was hard to cut.
