How can one watch multiple journal sites in one sitting?

I wonder if there is a way to watch friends page updates from multiple journal sites (like livejournal and dreamwidth) in one window - without switching back and forth between different browser tabs? It would be nice to login one time to both journals simultaneously and when refreshing the 'friends' page, both get refreshed at once. I'm so lazy lol
